I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion and have always found it to be adequate for my needs. My complaint is being harassed by a staff member. Prior to checking out, there was a staff member sitting on the bench out front of the office. We exchanged pleasantries and I returned my attentions elsewhere. He continued to try and engage with me despite my shortness. I returned to my room to get the remainder of my things and as I exited the office, he. I excused myself and left the hotel.

The water in the shower came out rusty. Then the room would just stay hot even do I had the temp to 65 degrees and then the bathroom door was hitting the toilet so I had to step in the shower to open the door

I booked the room for my son who was returning to college. He had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. The breakfast was very limited and he said the eggs and apple juice tasted as if it had gone bad. He had to go find a different place to get breakfast.

No one to greet you upon arrival , rang bell and waited for him to come. No one at front desk upon departure. Only one person for those two things, who also was setting up breakfast. Limited items for breakfast,,.the dining room wasn't cleaned up. Our room was above check in desk and reception area where this person and family (2 small children) were playing, squealing and fussing until 10:30 pm when we went out to ask them to quiet down so we could get some sleep.

This is an older property that needs some TLC. You cannot beat the location, but it is priced well below competition for a reason. The Dominos guy would not come inside and made me come out to get my pizza. Broken ice machine. Broken elevator. Nice people at the front desk.

Room was very dirty, dog hair and dirt all over the floor, very obviously hadn’t seen a vacuum in an extended period of time. Sheets were dusty and had dog hair all over them despite beds being made. Pool was “closed for maintenance” but so was everything else. Had almost 0 working amenities advertised. Breakfast was very poor and not up to par. Had to get a second room because the locks in the first room were broken and not working. Shower drain did not work properly in either room and was almost impossible to shower properly without the tub quickly filling with water. I have stayed at this location previously years ago and it was a fine hotel but was very very disappointed at the poor experience at our most recent stay. 1/5 stars.

Mold growing on the vents above the front desk. The steps up to the socond floor were dirty and unlit. Advertise hot tub/whirlpool, but there isn't one. Bed comforter had stains. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold, no napkins, employee never wiped down a table (was wearing sweatpants, t-shirt and slippers). I snuck a peek in the prep room, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned or organized in months. Orange juice had fermented and caused my daughter to get sick.

Considering the price of the room for graduation weekend, this hotel will disappoint in a big way. I am sure at $69/night it would be fine. But it was $350/night for graduation which is insane for a room like those offered at this place. Location is good though.
