“We stayed at Hotel Visconti during a heat wave in Europe. The hotel is nice and clean, a little out dated but charming. The staff and breakfast are fantastic, the only real gripe I had is the air conditioning is basically useless, we bought a 10 euro handheld fan from a street vendor that was keeping us more cool than the air conditioning. The only other thing is the walk to public transportation, the busses seemed unreliable and the walk to the train station is about 16 minutes, however you……
“Decor was 1960-1970s old school with red worn carpets in the rooms and hallways. Bathroom was very large and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Just a bit tired but reasonably clean. Staff very great.”
“Costumer service the worst ever. We tried to cancel our stays , Expedia tried to contact with them, and they declined all requests. There’s no human understanding—it’s strictly business. Disappointed”
