I was really disappointed with our stay. We arrived to find food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest and a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain rod, which immediately made us question the cleanliness of the room. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Getting our room key to work was like playing Russian roulette—it worked sometimes, but most of the time it didn’t, making it frustrating every time we returned to our room. Customer service was equally disappointing. The front desk staff weren’t particularly welcoming and at times came across as snarky. Our friends waited over 30 minutes just to check in, and during that time no one even acknowledged they were standing there. The bar and karaoke area wasn’t any better. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes without a single employee taking our order or even acknowledging us. We eventually gave up and left. The one positive thing I can say is that the shower had plenty of hot water. Unfortunately, between the cleanliness issues, poor customer service, and lack of attention throughout the property, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
