Run down hotel very dirty

Excellent! We had our best night of sleep on day 11 of road trip. Excellent breakfast! We highly recommend as an excellent choice for spending a night.

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor sitting area during our stay. The front desk staff and all employees we encountered were wonderful. The area is very quiet and we felt very safe.

Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The receptionist did her best to get us towels and garbage bags but it was upsetting. The phone didn’t work so I had to go downstairs. I did not want to empty my own trash bins and have it sitting in our room. Apparently we weren’t the only room missed. Misery doesn’t love company. It was late. We were tired. I did not want to be cleaning.

Our stay was comfortable, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, the interior room and bathroom were well kept. That hotel is 60 years old and it's held up pretty well. Value is good for the daily rack rate in Kennewick. 2-3 Stars depending on what you tolerate for a nights sleep! Gripe: Expedia sold it with breakfast included...there's no food service as advertised!
