“The apartment was very spacious and the people who worked there were very helpful. It is also located very conveniently and near metro lines. The bed needs to be replaced because it slumps into the middle and is very lumpy. The listing says it is on floor three but it up 4 flights of steep stairs. There is also no air conditioning and the water heater is small so take quick showers!”

“Our group of 5 women stayed at the property in June. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Incredible location, very cute apartment, safe area, fully equipped, reasonable price. Everything we could have wanted. We stayed during the June heat wave of 41 degree weather so it was very hot in the apartment, but there were fans provided that helped slightly. Would recommend this apartment to all.”

“This was a terrific property for a large group. Lots of comfy beds, bathrooms and linens. The kitchen was well appointed and there was coffee and tea available for us. The heat wormed well during our cooler stay. On a quiet courtyard and close to the metro and walkable to Notre Dame, the location is great. Eduard was easy to communicate with and got back to me immediately.”

“The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. We really just used the apt to sleep and shower and it was great for that. ”

“Our stay was absolutely lovely. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the apartment and neighborhood were perfect for a romantic and celebratory week in Paris. Mathieu was an excellent host who was never hovering, but very responsive. He even reached out to us to tell us how to turn on the heat before we asked (Paris was unseasonably chilly the week we visited and Mathieu wanted to make sure we stayed cozy). The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the elevator worked well……

“The location was perfect as I could walk everywhere I wanted to go – museums, monuments, both sides of the Seine – and the restaurants, boulangeries, patisseries, fruit stands, and grocery stores were all within 2 blocks. The previous reviews had mentioned the staircase, but potential renters need to know that not only is it 4 flights up, it’s very narrow & spiral with old wooden steps. I am an athlete, but I had to be extremely careful. Had I been staying longer, I’m not sure I would have……
