Stayed for one night. It's as basic as it gets. No frills but serves the purpose. Bed, tv, bathroom and kitchenette. Super short walk for coffee in the morning. Tim Hortons is located across the parking lot.

Photos of rooms are not accurate, poor cleanliness, also the door to the exterior of the building for guests to come in and out of is not secure, mentioned it to the front desk and they said “its fine your room locks” It’s rated 2 stars for a reason.

I recently stayed here during a solo trip and was very happy that I decided on this hotel. I had an earlier flight in and while they weren’t able to offer an early check in, they did offer to store my luggage until it was check in time. My room was clean and quiet and it had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One evening when I returned my key card wasn’t working, but they quickly replaced it for me and I had no further issues. They also have a front desk attendant 24/7 which gave me peace of mind in case I needed anything. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a clean and comfortable spot in Etobicoke!

I dropped off my suitcase prior to checking in. I arrived when my room was ready. I had paid for the room with my total from my Expedia trip including flights from Edmonton to Toronto and Toronto to Edmonton. I was told I had to give them a credit for a $200 hold. Or I cannot check into my room that was ready for me. I did not have a credit card on me... I got upset and cried... What can I do? I called a friend. He gave me his credit card information and they would not accept it. I asked if I can purchase a prepaid credit and use that. Since I had $200 on a debit card. They let me know that wasn't accepted either... I was not given my room. And paid $81 extra to stay stay in a hostel across the city far from the airport... The woman working asked if I wanted a tea, as if that is going to help me feel better when I considered sleeping on the streets...
