Air conditioning was great. Room was cosmetically in need of minor fixes but looked and smelled clean. Laundry was handy and staff was friendly. Main halls were a bit smelly but not obnoxiously so. Bed was quite soft but clean. Excellent value for price as many in same area were much higher and this one met our needs for the night.

Parking was very easy and cheap. The hallways need a little maintenance and it smelled kind of weird but the room itself was clean and well maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. There is only one elevator so sometimes we had to wait for a while. Overall the stay was great.

Always a great stay when here - clean rooms, well mannered / helpful staff, elevators & stairs accessible, kitchenette microwave regular sized fridge - you can either cook or bring food. Their is lots of property - you can pull out your summer chairs - relax enjoy the weather and private atmosphere. Always a pleasant stay - I'll Be Back. 😁👌😁👌😁

You're going to read a lot of terrible reviews, but it really wasn't so bad. My room was clean, towels and bed were clean, and the bathroom was clean. There were some spots missed, but I wasn't using the fridge or kitchenette so didn't really care too much. I did have a few roommates of the periplaneta genus, but I evacuated one out the window, and made a deal with the other 2 to stay out of each others way, and never saw them again. Lower your expectations, ask for extra garbage bags from housekeeping staff (who are lovely) to bag and seal up your suitcase and belongings so you don't take any unwanted passengers home. And sleep well, the ancient trilobyte nightmare only happens on the first night, then you're golden.

Stayed there for 3 nights and it was exactly what we needed. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean. Loved the kitchenette area and having a full size fridge. Bed was so comfortable. A/C worked great. Would go back there again.

✅ Friendly and accommodating staff ⚠️ Cleanliness - The room cleanliness was disappointing. The linens did not seem properly washed, and parts of the blanket looked like they were only shaken out instead of thoroughly cleaned, with visible stains and dirts. There was also noticeable dirt buildup in the bathroom corners and in several corners of the room, which made the overall stay feel unhygienic.

Our room was clean with bare minimum. We were four and only had two sets of towels. Bring your charging adapters as they do not have USB ports in the lamp or wall outlets. We did not use the kitchen amenities but they looked functional. Walls is so thin that we can hear the neighbors conversation. All the rooms seemed to have a sizable gap under the door and we heard a lot of traffic noise from the corridor (avoid the first floor). This place is "ok" if you're just staying for the night.

Room was spacious, had comfortable bed, hot shower, and studio kitchen, BUT had really weak wifi and TV would freeze up for 10-15 seconds at a time. Also saw a couple of bugs running around on the floor, and screen in shower drain needs to be cleaned out BEFORE guest arrives so that big clumps of hair don't come up when shower is turned on. In the flight path for Pearson Airport, didn't bother me, but might for some if sound of planes flying low overhead is an issue. Staff was very helpful when I couldn't get my door to open (note: handle needs to be pushed UP to open).
