good location that is walking distance from a mall, Union Station, office buildings and restaurants. very friendly front desk staff, the rooms are very small but but I still liked it andthat’s all I needed at the price point I was willing to pay. There is a Subway and Tim Hortons around the corner, which is convenient.

The hotel lobby and room were awesome! I love how they are decorated. The staff were very nice as well. The only thing I would try to improve on is the bar. The drinks we ordered were not great and the service was a little slow. We waited at the bar for quite a few minutes before someone appeared from the back. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The location is perfect!

Room almost ok but the service is poor. Very slow in the morning, but tremendously. Breakfast very limited with a single choice to be done but tip mandatory even if the breakfast was already paid with the room. Waiters not much proactive. In the second morning i was expecting to being able to have breakfast at opening time at 7 o clock due to the flight to be taken but unfortunately the waiters were not willing to even listen before that time. Considering the lack of reactivity from the personnel i had to skip breakfast even being paid. Not deserved my time and very disappointed.

Room was very clean and cozy. The water pressure in the shower was not the best but the bathroom was very clean and updated nicely. The restaurant didn’t have very many choices for breakfast, but the food was great tasting.

There were trucks loudly unloading outside of the hotel all night and the heater sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on in the night. I probably had 2 hours sleep total. Not great.

The environment was nice! Placed conveniently near station + airport with the shuttle right outside the door. The price was incredibly reasonable, the lobby + our service was 10/10. We had a one Queen size room, which was well kept but quite small. The only thing we had that was concerning was after using the water there was an oily looking bubbles floating at the top. My husband tried it and tasted like soap. Not sure if it was the mug, jar, fountain, or kettle because we used that too- but that was concerning.

Room was nice. They are a bit stingy though. I felt a little drawn back when checking in on New Year’s Eve when they thought it was best to remind me that “not everyone at the hotel is there for celebrating” and that they have a no noise policy beginning at 10 pm. This was said although I only stayed there because I wished to go to the waterfront fireworks show. Also, when collecting the incidental deposit, it was stated that check out is at 11 am and that we should ensure we had ample time to check out because someone will come to the room after to ensure everything is good. I have never heard this at any previous hotels.
