"This was our second stay at this special property, and we had a wonderful time. The host and property manager are kind and helpful. The property is peaceful and well located to explore the area - it is also incredibly relaxing to just stay by the pool and river. We plan on a third visit!"

"We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a delicious dinner on out first night and waking up to breakfast each morning was such a treat. Everything is home made and fresh! I also had a lovely massage which I would highly recommend. "Incredible property, and very warm and welcoming hosts!The villa itself was perfect, great bedrooms and kitchen/ living area, and the pool area was just right! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would recommend! Some beautiful towns nearby and easy access to shops and restaurants by car! "

"We had a really lovely stay at this property, very tranquil and very close to the beautiful bastide of Monpazier. The pool is very welcoming in the summer heat and the sunbeds provided are comfortable.The bedrooms could do with a bit more storage, maybe a couple of chests of drawers along with some mirrors.The hosts are onsite and friendly.There are a few more bastides locally including Villeréal and Belvès - the latter has a fab night market on a Wednesday, just remember to bring your own plates and cutlery! "

"We booked Chez Suzy for a family reunion, and it was perfect. 7 berooms, most ensuite. Facilities were great too with a lovely pool and gardens. Nice bbq area with a choice of either charcoal or gas. We dined outside as we barbecued most nights with the seating area more than adequate for our number. Most of the family drove from the UK, Germany and Gibraltar and more than enough room for the 3 cars.We highly recommend and hopefully we can visit again.Evelyne proved a lovely host and was always available if needed.
