“Great hotel!”

“The property was older with it looking like they were going to repair but never actually saw anyone. The ice/vending machine on my floor was completely gone so I had to go to the floor above to find the ice machine. The breakfast was missing it items like boiled eggs and friendly staff. The front staff were helpful. I had request towels each day because no one came to the room during our three day stay.”

“Check in was terrible. Clerk was unfriendly. 2 towels in the room. Went to breakfast at 9 there was nothing left. We are holiday inn members we are usually given waters late check out options etc.... we were there for 22 hours, had to go to front desk to get key fixed because we were locked. Not a very pleasant stay for the price which seemed high for Lebanon Pa”
