“I had to clean the cup before i used it because it was dirty, there was grime in the bottom of the hot water kettle and I had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces because they were grimy. The water smelled terrible/ Sulfer? I did not try to drink it but thank god i showed up with my own water. I bought ice the next day. The property smelled unpleasant, i opened the only two windows and used the window unit to circulate air. The bathroom was very clean. Towels were nice. no wash cloths thou....

“Two of my girlfriends and I stayed at this cozy cottage for a week and had a great time! It was pretty much exactly as advertised. Renters should be aware, however, that it is behind the owner's house, so not exactly ON the lake (though you can see the lake from the cottage, and it's a VERY short walk to the lake).
