Experience luxury and adventure at this stunning $5 million custom-built cottage, set on 7 private acres with breathtaking views and exceptional spaces for entertaining. Completed in 2017, this one-of-a-kind retreat features high-end finishes throughout and comes mostly furnished with stylish pieces from Crate & Barrel.

Relax in the inviting three-season room, complete with a double-sided fireplace, or enjoy a drink while soaking in the views from the boathouse rooftop. Inside, you’ll find three fireplaces, three large TVs, a ping-pong table, and a standup arcade. The entertainment continues with a state-of-the-art sound system inside and out—including speakers at the dock to keep the music going by the water.

Unwind in the hot tub, play a game of beach volleyball, jump on the spring free trampoline or explore the pristine waters of Crystal Lake, known as the cleanest lake in the Kawarthas, fed by three natural freshwater springs. Fishing is incredible right off the dock, and the location provides easy access to trails for snowmobiling and ATV adventures.

Take in the tranquility of this private bay while paddling the lake with the included canoe, kayak, and two stand-up paddleboards. This is the first year this exclusive cottage is being offered for rent—don’t miss your chance to experience an unparalleled lakeside getaway!

Excellent in all ways

Robert, the host, was responsive, helpful and friendly. The house is elegant and well furnished. The lake is superb: clean and calm, though there are a few water skiers for a little while every day (Not for long and nice to watch). About 40 minutes to a real grocery store so you have to plan a bit. Overall a great stay.
