"The staff are the best part of this hotel. Pool was nice and big but dirty, breakfast was normal, room smelled awful, sink faucet was broken, office chair was broken, one small garbage can for entire room, microwave smelled gross."

"The hotel beds were very comfortable, but there was little sound proofing. Our room looked over the parking lot. We were disappointed to find the restaurant (predominately displayed in the photos) permanently closed. The breakfast was in a room with cement floors and was very noisy. Three out of four gates to the pool were not working. The best part was the location, with a lovely river walk and close to the park."

"The windows were dirty in the rooms, couldn’t figure out our television so we couldn’t watch TV. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about but the cold cereal and muffins were good. The milk was pours into a container from a gallon of milk and they only poured enough for a bowl of cereal because the container they poured it in was not refrigerated. Milk should come in small cartons and kept refrigerated like the apple juice and orange juice. No bananas or apples or oranges but they had fruit cocktail. Used Handicap parking."

"Room should have been cleaner. Hotel layout is confusing. Had to maneuver around construction work. Some sections of the hotel appeared to be long term rentals. It was a weird place. "

"This facility is a fairly nice hotel. It was a little pricey for this weekend, but must have been lots going on other than the Apple Cup Stockcar Race. Racers use to frequent this hotel, but very few stayed this weekend. Way too expensive for them. It increased to double the former price. The breakfast was good, but slightly unusual. Breakfast food, instant eggs, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, biscuits, gravy & sausage, muffins, cereal, but also chicken strips & fries."

"I don’t like to be on ground floor and the receptionist was able to put me on second floor for my comfort."
