The pool and hot tub were nice to have but not clean - I fished out multiple clumps of hair in the pool and the water color and smell in the hot tub honestly made us think someone had urinated in it. The carpet in our room was straight up not clean - visible dirt/crumbs throughout. "

"We were here for a soccer tournament and chose the hotel for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was broken and the pool was ice cold. Major disappointment. For whatever reason our keys could not stay magnetized. We got locked out of our room six times. I watched this happen to other families too who would sit on the floor in the hallway while one of their family members would go downstairs to get a new key. It also felt kind of odd that the front desk staff seem so unconcerned about the fact that we had to go down and get new keys so many times. It must happen a lot. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, but I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to other families."

"The property is obviously older but they have done some renovations to the rooms. It's acceptable and the room was clean. Had everything we needed. The rooms are small. The breakfast was decent and had choices. We stayed on the river side and it was very quiet."

"Pool and spa out of commission, bathroom is nasty and dated. I had to tale a cold shower after waiting an hour to see if the hot water would return. It did not, no hot water"
