“Beautiful, well kept property. Our room was gorgeous and it was quiet. The bed was a little stiffer than I like and the outlet near the bed needs replacing. I was very thankful for the 2 bottles of water in the fridge and the incredible jetted tub! The grounds are so amazing. We opted out of breakfast, but will be reserving again in a few weeks and will include it then.”

“The room was filthy and had broken flooring and door trim. There is no hot tub as advertised, and the pool was unusable. I could go on and on but it just makes me more mad. I'm filing an official complaint. Don't waste your money here and if you do, say hi to the creepy guy who wanders the hallways. He'll go the other way.”

The weather was very hot during our stay, but the air conditioning maintained cool temps in our room at all times. We will stay here again in the future when visiting OU.”

“House looks very run down and the yard is horrible not to mention its in a sketchy neighborhood. Code wouldn't work to get in into the house. When we got in the house smelled musty and like rotten trash. It was so horrible we had to go buy air freshners and candles to mask the smell. There were roaches all over in the kitchen cabinets and the pots/pans looked like they were 25 yrs old. One of the toilets rocked as it wasn't even fastened down.
