“The cabin was great. Location was ideal for us as we had a wedding to attend in Glenville. It was easy access to hiking in the area and it was perfect for us and our dog. We would definitely rent again.”

“Absolutely loved this place. You are in the country with beautiful Mountain View’s but only 10 minutes from Franklin. It gives you the best of both worlds! It’s quiet and peaceful while having plenty of room for kiddos to play. ”

“This Cabin has pretty much all you need to enjoy time in the mountains. Only wish there wasn't a fire ban at the time as the fire pit set up is fantastic. With a few updates, the cabin would be A. The host and owner were hands on and were there with any needs or wants. Any issues were resolved quickly and we enjoyed our stay. We even had the owner over for dinner after he quickly resolved something for us. Sylva is a great town. Thank you for a great time. ”

“Cabin was cozy. It did say they had a gas fireplace but it was not connected. We stayed warm though with central heat. Loved the heated bathroom. Beds seemed smaller to be a queen. We enjoyed being outside at the fire pit the last night. The kitchen had everything we needed. Dishwasher was there but hadn’t been installed. ”

“Charming mountain house with a wrap around deck and screened porch. Hot tub was great and kitchen details - like pot holders and corkscrew/bottle opener - appreciated very much. Enjoyable just sitting on the deck and enjoying the nature and peace. Would recommend a 4 wheel drive to get up and down Plott Balsam Road (though we did manage with a 2wd sedan). Very close to Soco Falls and Blue Ridge Parkway. A lovely secluded getaway that you won't want to leave. ”

“My daughter and I sought a last-minute getaway to enjoy nature and time together. The Tree Top Cottage was a wonderful destination in nature. We enjoyed the natural wildflowers, the horses across the road, watching the squirrels and listening to the birds. The cottage is decorated with so much intention. We enjoyed every detail! If you are looking for an intimate getaway in the woods this is a super choice! Our host was great with communication, thank your so much Carri! We do hope to come back.”

“Stunningly beautiful property. Extremely quiet and private. Surrounded by two small waterfalls. The view of the mountains is amazing. The cabin is exceptionally clean and well appointed with a wonderful little kitchen. It’s a short drive to Cherokee or Maggie Valley and a very meditative place to stay. Excellent internet if you need to get online and a Roku with all of the streaming apps. We loved it and will definitely be back.”
