"in our room the phone was not working, the micro wave was missing-the glass plate, one of the coffee machines in breakfast area was not working, on thursday morning the bathroom in the lobby was stopped up,the breakfast left a lot to be desired.pancake machine was out of batter,bacon was so greasy it was not eatable. had to ask for napkins,room was not cleaned when we requested it , not a very good stay"

"This cabin was absolutely wonderful for us! We loved being away from the crowd and enjoying the solitude. It's so cozy with cute decor and with everything we needed and more. Very well furnished and lots of extra little touches that made our stay perfect. After a day of hiking and chasing waterfalls, it was great to kick back and relax. It was a little cool to sit on the deck in the morning and evening, but I sure wish we could have because it's a beautiful setting. The host sent us a message, checking to see if we had everything we needed and I appreciate that. "
