The beautiful rustic-modern architecture and interior design is perfectly suited for its setting. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mariajose, the receptionist for the majority of my stay, went above and beyond the call of duty to help with organizing tours, dinners, and taxis; the personalized service was greatly appreciated. As the hotel is located out of the town center, it is helpful to have a car, since there were occasional delays in getting a taxi. Overall, I highly recommend Lodge Quelana. "
