The Space:

This two-story, two-bedroom suite sleeps four in Aldea Zama, Tulum—perfectly positioned midway between the beach road and downtown. The star of the show? Your private rooftop with a plunge pool, shaded lounge sofa, dining area, and BBQ grill. It's where you'll spend lazy mornings with coffee, afternoons cooling off between beach runs, and evenings grilling under the stars.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The main bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom offers two twins—great for kids or friends. Both rooms share two full bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and rainfall heads. Room-darkening shades in both bedrooms mean you can sleep in after late nights exploring Tulum's dining and nightlife scene.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

Downstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area feels bright and airy. The wooden dining table seats six comfortably for breakfast spreads or dinners in. The kitchen comes fully equipped—fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the basics you need to whip up anything from morning smoothies to full meals. After a day at the beach, it's nice to come back, cook something simple, and relax with AC and your favorite show on the smart TV.



Outdoor Amenities

The rooftop is your private outdoor living room. Lounge on the daybed, take a dip in the splash pool, fire up the BBQ, or stretch out on the sun loungers. Lush foliage surrounds the space for privacy. There's also a shared ground-floor pool in a tropical garden setting if you want a change of scene, plus one assigned parking spot if you're driving.



Good To Know

The in-unit washer and dryer make packing light easy. Reliable Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are perfect for remote work or catching up between adventures. Free parking on-site, and bikes are available to explore the neighborhood—restaurants and a convenience store are within a five-minute walk, while Tulum Centro and the beach are each about a 15-minute bike ride. The location keeps you close to everything while staying tucked into a quiet, jungle-surrounded residential area.



Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the 2-story space and rooftop terrace with a splash pool during your stay. You’ll also have access to one parking space if you arrive by car. Plus, you can also enjoy the complex amenities, including the outdoor pool, garden, sun lounge areas, and pool bar.



The Neighborhood:

- The residential area is surrounded by lush jungle for a mystical vibe yet with upscale modern conveniences

- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and along the beach road

- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes, and the incredible Tulum beach, famous dining and clubs are only a few minutes away

Getting Around:

The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. Other Things to Note:

A daily allowance of 20Kw/Day of electricity is included for short term rentals. Additional consumption will be charged at 6 MXN/Kw. Electricity is not included for bookings of 7 days or more. On arrival, our local team will take a meter reading, and again on departure. You will be billed after check out for any additional consumption. Help us save energy by using the AC only when needed, avoid leaving it on if you are not in the property and close all windows and doors when you use it.



Electricity & Internet outages are occasional occurrences in Tulum, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that Stella Rentals cannot be held accountable for such events.



Please note that the rooftop view (and privacy) were affected by a recently completed new building.



The pool was built with local materials, you may find the pool water may not be as clear blue due to this reason, even though it's been recently cleaned.



Also note that Tulum is an area of high growth and at times you'll hear construction noise during daytime work hours.



Our properties are meticulously cleaned and disinfected before and after each use. Our staff is trained to use protective measures recommended by the health authorities. All of our properties are also contactless, and self-check-in. The staff will not enter the properties during a guest’s stay unless it is with authorization and will do so with strict hygiene measures.



Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, beach & bath towels are all free during your stay.



We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo & some bottled water, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.



There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

The condo is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you the day before your arrival.
