"Ivy at the front desk was exceptionally nice and gave us recommendations on things to do and places to eat in Tulum. Additionally, Max was fun to talk to and super helpful with any questions that we had. Even though my friend and I speak Spanish, all of the hotel staff seemed to be pretty bilingual and able to communicate in English if needed. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on that, but the food at the Copal Bistro Restaurant (the one in the hotel) was really good. The pasta and salmon that we ordered were excellent. A little bit on the pricier side, but good food, nonetheless. The hotel was clean and room service changed our sheets every day and cleaned the bathroom and emptied the trash. No complaints there. Even though we didn’t use it, the room came with pans to cook in, plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons, toaster, and most things needed to cook. If I ever go back to Tulum, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend others to stay there."

"Third time staying here and still an amazing resort but couldn’t help to notice they are slowly losing their personal touches that made it so special. 1st time was in 2023 and met with smiling faces, valet parking, gift package in the room. 2nd time 2024 all the same with a nice gift bag with sun screen, aloe and bug spray. 3rd time 2025, no valet, no gift bag, friendliest was dwindling and when asked for my car, they gave me my keys and said it’s in the dirt parking lot out back and I can get it myself. 5 star resort is going downhill…"

"This place looks like what your dreaming about when you picture a beach front cabana in Tulum. Its Simple. Drinks were Beautiful the Mezcal Flower was a wonderful cocktail. The Breakfast was traditional and more than ample. I loved the Beach Zone Cabana I was in. Waking Up with a view of the ocean and a hammock on your porch with a bar 100ft from your door and the ocean 100 feet from that is.. Perfect. "

"Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous "

"I was so happy with the room, which was large and clean, the grounds, beautifully taken care of, and people working every day on the grounds and pool, the rooftop terrace, where I witnessed several beautiful sunsets, got some sun, and took a cool dip in one of the four small pools. I sat several hours in the hammock listening to books that I downloaded. This was my second favorite place to hang out. Breakfast was always delicious and made with great care. I also had two suppers there, and they were delicious as well. The wonderful people at the front desk answered my questions patiently and correctly. I stayed here for 12 days and it started to feel like home. Everything was very well taken care of. Héctor M. was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everyone that worked the front desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day, was wonderful! I'm definitely going to stay here again!"

"Hotel is round 25 minutes of walking from ruines, even though it is a bit far from downtown Tulum, but suits our purpose well. Staff and condition of property is excellent. "
