Convenient

All around, we had a fantastic stay! Great location- close to the Main Street, the street that takes you to the beach, and cute cafes/restaurants in La Veleta. AC and WiFi worked well, as did the Netflix. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy and convenient. Just one drawback- The jacuzzi takes hours to warm up but we were advised to turn it off when not using it, so we didn’t end up having an opportunity to try it because it took too long.

24 hour guard at property. We left property several times to grab a bite to eat, which everywhere we ate was fabulous and tasty. Prices very reasonable. The bar at intima was great. A swim up bar and places to sit outside the pool. Room was nice, digital entry with a safe inside. Only downside was it is not close to the beach. We walked one day to beach, 4 miles, no sidewalks and felt a it as bit sketch with the daily traffic. Taxi ride home was $40 one way back. The ocean was beautiful. The hotel was not crowded and we mingled with the other guests that happened to be there. Mostly Americans

My wife and I were so glad we booked here! The owner Katia made our stay the best it possibly could be. If you are planning to come to Tulum, I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

El manillar para regular el jacuzzi no funcionaba. Fue necesario abrir la puerta donde está el hidro jet para apagar o prender desde ahí el jacuzzi. De ahí en más todo muy bien. Me gustó el self check in muy cómodo. Me gustó que el acceso a la habitación fuera con un código, sin necesidad de uso de tarjeta o llave fue algo muy cómodo para mí. En general la relación valor precio muy bien. Sin duda volveré.

Agreable séjour

Bonne communication avec l'hôte. Super logement avec tout le confort . Le sol de la piscine privee est un peu vieillissant mais convenable. Le reste de la résidence est bien entretenu pareil la piscine un peu vieillissante mais le décors est sympa avec les arbres. On a passé un agréable séjours. Dommage quil ne soit pas plus pret de la mer et quil y ait des travaux tout autour mais cela ne dépend pas de notre hote !
