Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). Stayed in a Jr Suite so had access to the Exec Lounge and wonderful b’fast and views. The rooms are very modern. The bathroom spacious with shower and tub. very nice room, great staff, great location. breakfast was terrible though, long queue waiting to be seated. food was worse than a fast food store, great staff though. need a huge improvement on food and beverage. stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast plan, only went there once as i didn’t want to waste my quota on the crappy food. overall the hotel is very good, especially the room and staff, 90 out of 100.
