“If you’re looking for peace and quiet you found it. I sat out on the porch and just looked at the pond. Turned off the cell relaxed and enjoyed the view. The host was very accommodating. The home look just like the pictures and when I arrived the air conditioning was going which was great when your from California and not used to the hot sticky summers in Southern Illinois.”

“I was in the area for a seminar and to do some hiking. The location was perfect. The cabin could not have been better and was just right size for one person - not too big, not too small. Very clean, had everything you would need, and I really liked the kitchen area. I would absolutely stay here again if in the area and would strongly recommend it. ”

“Overall, the property worked well for our trip. The path to the dock could be better but that’s the only suggestion for what is a great property. The property is tucked in the back of a cove that is very quiet which is nice but limits views of the lake from the nice back patio. Steve is an excellent host. Always responds quickly. ”
