“A very well-located hotel, interesting architecture. The room was spacious and clean, as it also was the washroom. Furniture in good shape and comfortable. The heated outdoor pool, gym and free parking a great value. We were offered free breakfast on first day. That was a misunderstanding. I woke up my son so we wouldn't miss the convenience of the free breakfast. But that was a mistake. Just tea, coffee, yogurt and cereals should be called free snacks, not "breakfast". We went for breakfast……

“We use the beach cottage to access the provincial park as well as the long point birding observatory. The park is about a five minute walk straight down Erie street while the LPBO banding station is located just around the corner along big cut Road.Beach access is also about five minutes down Erie street and down a short cul-de-sac.The cottage was very well cared for and rustic, which is our preference. “The little can in the pines was the perfect getaway to get back to nature and unwind. Contact with the host was exceptional. The thoughtful extras made all the difference. The welcome basket even had dog treats for our dog. There is no hydro but there are solar lights. The outdoor shower was so nice! We enjoyed our time in the hammocks and around the bonfire. Great nature refresh! We will be back.”

“We had an amazing time at this place! The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was ideal—close to long point bird observatory and the beach. We got bit stuck during check-in and the host was responsive to provide the info. We especially appreciated the coffee grinder in kitchen and local recommendations.
