Meine Erwartungshaltung wäre hier den Differenzbetrag in Rechnung zu stellen.
Die Prozedur (Kontaktaufnahme, Rückmeldung, ...) war mangelhaft.”
“environment is good and peaceful with lots of ducks,peacocks..etc. maybe still low season (April) not many people and the shops were closed.
The indoor pool was good.
We stayed 4D3N, we had the same breakfast every morning which were quite boring. Lots of ducks and Poo in the pool.

The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and such large portions. This was a 5 star experience and we will only stay at villa ephesus in Kusadasi. The owners are the best.”
“I stayed at Pikan Ephesus for three nights while touring Ephesus and Pamukkale. Overall it was a nice little hotel in a convenient location, though with a couple of frustrating hiccups worth knowing about before you go.

“My second time to stay in this hotel since 2021. I like the proximity to everything , e.g. Pigeon Island, old town, seafood restaurants , waterfront as well as the viewpoint for sunset. Highly recommended!!”

“The hosts of the property were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The location was excellent and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, etc. If driving, be aware that the streets are very small and sometimes difficult to navigate. However, that aside, it was a very pleasant stay and I will visit again if I return to Kusadasi.”
“We arrived late and there was no staff to welcome us. Had I not have data on my phone to call them, I would not have been able to check in. It was generally loud in the room due to the location of the property. WiFi was not functioning in our room due to low signal. Breakfast was not the best Turkish breakfast I had before. But the oroperty was clean, safe, and the staff was very helpful. Its a good location for a short stay.”
