“The room smelled so musty/mildewy and like wet dog. Didn’t even take off our shoes. Tried to just suck it up and get some sleep but the smell was too overwhelming. They would not refund our money because they said “you didn’t tell us right away and waited 1.5 hours”… okay, our bad.,,, but honestly we were not trying to be pests and couldn’t bear the stench any longer so we left. Would be ashamed that this is a Wyndham property, TBH. They refused any compensation or even another room.”

The air conditioner was just sitting there, it was not attached to the wall, you could see outside around it. The air conditioner finally had the room cool at about 4 am.
