Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection

"Hotel was easy to find with plenty of room for parking. All staff is very friendly, from check in to passing by house keeping. The hotel has dollies to help bring your luggage to your room. Rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. The beds were from but comfortable, with 4 pillows. Had no trouble sleeping. The pool was open for most of our stay. We had planned a rest day from the theme park and were sad to find the pool closed that day. Complimentary beverage, a Blue Lulu, was a happy treat. Hotel breakfast is good. I enjoyed it more than IHop’s. This location was very convenient, with the Toy Story buses to the park a 7min walk from hotel property. IHOP was located next door and less busy than one closer to the parks. Past IHOP is a Walgreens and across the street is a CVS. I would stay at this location again."

"The room was clean, the pool area is nice, the dryers in the laundry room do not work well, had to put a small load of clothes in 3 times and they were still not completely dry had to pack up half dry clothes so they were stinky by the time we got back home"

"Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. We were able to check in early with no issues, which made our stay even more convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel has a large pool and jacuzzi that were both great to enjoy. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again."
