"staff is great. the beds and furniture in the rooms could use some upgrading. the hallway carpet could use some shampooing. i love that they have a shuttle. but i wish it was way more organized. when the shuttle picks up the guests from the park there are always pushing, shoving, arguing and chaos. guests are cutting the "so called" line. it's more of "everyone for themselves." regardless if there are kids or elderly, as long as they get on the bus first. please structure the shuttle better. maybe have a staff member stay while the shuttles are back and forth. they can get the guests in a proper line, in an orderly fashion."

"I was very impressed by this Hotel. The Valet was right on point. The Starbucks had mobile order so our drinks were ready as soon as we got downstairs. We did Disneyland 2 days in a row, so the ease of the in and out was amazing. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. Getting our luggage to and from was perfect as well. I can't praise this hotel enough. We will be staying here again."

"Great hotel if you’re visiting Disneyland parks. It was about a 5 minute walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early. The only thing is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors. If you want a quiet hotel, this may not be a good option for you. But everything else was great."

"The front desk is very helpful even when there was a long line waiting to be attended (maybe it should add a new hire?). Breakfast is a top notch quality with reasonable varieties served by very well trained staff. The pools are in good conditions. Will stay there again next time."

"This was a great, inexpensive place to stay for our Disneyland trip. The room was adequate, did not reek of disinfectant (a big problem at comparable hotels), and was clean. Be aware that it is very bare bones - no microwave, no kleenex/tissue, shelves instead of drawers, and no Do Not Disturb sign. The lounge pads at the pool desperately need updating, and the guy that checked us in was unfriendly. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, room was clean, water pressure was adequate, and just a 15-minute, flat walk to the parks (in a wheelchair, flat counts). We will definitely stay here again."

"Room was adequate for the price and location. Room seemed clean and was spacious. Hot served breakfast was good. Wet bar by the microwave and refrigerator was handy. Shower water pressure was lacking. Also, the room air-conditioner did a good job of cooling the sleeping area, but did not permeate the couch area well."
