Alphonso went over and beyond to give us the best experience possible. Great attention to detail. We already had breakfast plans, but the aromas were fantastic and people we saw eating were having a great experience. This hotel was convenient and the space was adequate for us. They are in the process of renovating the rooms as they are somewhat tired looking,, but they are clean for the most part. We were booked in the tower room and when we got there they had us on the main floor. We requested the tower room as was indicated in our booking with expedia. My husband had to arm wrestle them to get the additional $12 per night off of the booking when they recognized that the main floor was not what we booked. All good. The restaurant on site was a great addition and the pool and hot tub are great amenities.
