This was my first stay at Comfort Suites at Kelowna. Was impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast was also sufficient for most people's need as observed and staff constantly clearing garbage. Rooms were execellent and clean.
Due to the hot weather ice was at a premium with lobby machine broken and third floor machine also not working the first day. Eventually we managed to get ice .
Overall a very pleasant stay and to be recommended

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel looks new but the bed sheet looks outdated. The duvet insert is greyish colour (feels dirty) which makes me uncomfortable. They offer two bottles of water for the first day. If you want more water on the second it’s for extra charge. I got a kettle but it looks dirty inside.
