Unfortunately, this hotel was disappointing and not worth the price. The property feels quite old and dated, and the cleanliness was below expectations. The room and common areas could use a thorough cleaning and significant renovation. Given the high price, I expected a much better standard of comfort, cleanliness, and overall quality. I would not consider this hotel good value for money.

Lakeside lovely, the best is the lake is right there.

The property was reasonably clean and attractive. Not so for the shower, or hot tub. The shower had a ring of FILTH around the entire base, so bad that I made an immediate complaint. The desk clerk said it would be taken care of right away. The cleaning was now half of what it was which was still FILTHY. They made very minimal effort to clean it properly! And WHY should "I" have to complain in the first place? While the hot tub was reasonably clean, there again was a ring of FILTH all around it, as well as debris inside the tub. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago, which was 10 times cleaner than what we experienced this time. I will NOT be staying at this hotel ever again. Thank you.

We liked the spacious room which was very clean. A great space for two adults and our dog. The AC unit was quite loud though.

Where to start with this slum of hotel. 3 night stay, no hot water the entire time. Had cold/luke warm showers the entire time. Apparently they were “fixing” a bad boiler. When I phoned 1st day about no hot water they said no other complaints ? Weird. Second day they moved us to different room. Same thing…..no hot water. On check out day they shut water off at 10 am so guessing they were forced to spend money and fix the problem. Hotel beat to hell, dirt everywhere. Room carpets so dirty it blackened out white socks. Hotel layout is like a cornfield maze you can’t escape. I stayed here ONLY because the rates were good. Here is some advice….spend the extra money and stay anywhere else. This place is a run down hell hole I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Stayed in August. I must make a note to myself in the event I have a stoke and forget I have stayed here and accidentally book here again. Avoid at all costs with an unbridled passion.
