Okanagan Valley Pet-friendly Vacations

I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that the door to my room would not properly latch shut. On multiple occasions it appeared closed but would swing open on its own, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I reported it to the front desk, and although I was told maintenance would fix it while I was out, I still spent much of the night worried about my safety and even had to block the door with a chair to feel secure enough to sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also below expectations. There was hair already on the bed when I arrived, crumbs left on the bedside table, and the carpet had numerous stains. For a hotel, these basic cleanliness standards should have been met before guests check in. The one positive part of my experience was the staff. The employees I spoke with were polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. In particular, Jagseer was very helpful, and another female staff member whose name I unfortunately didn't catch was also courteous and professional. They treated me with respect throughout my stay, and I appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the serious safety issue with the door outweighed the positive customer service. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests don't have a similar experience.

Really great and modern and affordable. They gave us dog treats on arrival and that was great. Shower was a little outdated and not super nice but otherwise amazing stay!

Great location, especially if you have a lake-view room. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, frequent amenity closures because of private events, and parking that was an absolute nightmare. The elevators were often out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and manage two kids from the fourth floor. We were also told there would be a discount for the hotel’s pizza night but were charged full price, and nothing was done after we raised the issue. The main pool wasn’t heated either. The hotel did provide complimentary breakfast and waived the amenity fees, which was appreciated, but overall the experience didn’t match our expectations.

Although air conditioning is advertised, the resort does not have air conditioning, room was at 28c the entire stay and when we complained they simply brought a fan to the room and said that was the best they could do. Will never stay there again

The property was nice, rooms were nice but we had no hot water during our stay. I understand that there can be plumbing issues beyond your control but was very disappointed in the way the staff handled it . 2x I had to call about the issue and not once did the staff reach out proactively to let people know.

A nice place to stay clean and big rooms.
