The stay was marvelous- the hotel is quirky and very cool. Marvelous value for the money with both inside and outside pools and hottubs with a set for families and one reserved for adults. Great lounge and restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I booked a room with 2 Q beds
3 weeks prior to my stay and was offered a pet friendly room when I arrived, not what I booked
As I have allergies it was not acceptable The bathroom definitely needs a face lift, the tile grout was caked with grunge
Towels and bedding was very clean
