Although air conditioning is advertised, the resort does not have air conditioning, room was at 28c the entire stay and when we complained they simply brought a fan to the room and said that was the best they could do. Will never stay there again

Overall, this hotel is “pretty good”, and its staff is generally quite friendly and helpful. However, at more than 1,000$ per night, when everything included, I feel it doesn’t offer a particularly good ratio quality/price.

When we arrived our room was not clean at all and missing items in the kitchenette. The bathroom was really dirty. The cupboards were all worn. The smoke alarm battery went off and had to follow up several times to get someone to fix it. There were stains on the wall throughout the place. There was not any hot water to shower and no proper communication on when it was getting it fixed until our last day. When the hot water was fixed the hot water went out again and no communication once again. The gym had equipment that was broken and there were no disinfectant wipes to clean when worked out.
