“Hamilton Cove is a treasure. It’s a gorgeous property with stunning ocean views, spacious, quiet, and has access to a private beach. Golf carts were a big bonus to getting around town and easy to maneuver. Be prepared for MANY steps at this property. There are no elevators and you have to carry luggage up when you arrive and down when leaving. There are minor things that need some upgrades but we didn’t mind. However, the views and large balcony completely make up for it! This property is away……

“Gorgeous property, inside and out! Absolutely loved our stay. 67 steps to the unit, but worth every step for the amazing view! No AC, but in July this was no problem — just opened a window to bring in the cool evening air. Having a golf cart to get around is a must, and so appreciated having one included. Twice we even encountered deer walking across the road while coming up and down the mountain. So beautiful! This was an experience we won’t soon forget! ”

“We had a really great time. Beautiful views from the balcony, tons of space inside, and walking distance to pool and snorkeling. The golf cart was great to have for trip into Avalon. The management team was also very attentive to our needs. We hope to come back!”

“Very nice condo. Need to fix the lock box we were unable to open it but the housekeeper let us in. Would love to come back. Want owner to know that the chair and footstool in livingroom have rips just in case they didn't know. Unfortunately, the bedding smelled like engine oil. I would use a white lighter comforter that is washable. Otherwise, the place was amazing. ”

“This property is a split level. There are about 16 stairs before you arrive at the elevator. Once inside the Condo there are 6 to 8 stairs to the main floor, an additional 8 stairs to the first landing, and 6 more stairs to the bedrooms. The condo was clean and stocked with many amenities (wagon with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys), lots of towels and more. Quiet location, nice pool and hot tub. The biggest plus of this rental was the golf cart that was included with the rental. Family……

“Ocean views were amazing from every window! There is also a nice golf cart and 2 entrances to the condo. The only downside were the amount of stairs to walk and we both had been recovery from foot/leg surgeries. I wish that was told to us upon calling for building and taxi information. It is too far to walk to from the ferry boat, so plan on taking a taxi. Other than that we loved our condo and the staff:)”
