“The property was perfect for our family. Very clean, quite, plenty of towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Everyone enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The cart was an extra bonus because it came with it’s on parking space in town so we didn’t have to worry about moving it. ”

“The property is tucked away in a private cove on Catalina Island. The condos are positioned in a way that makes the condo feel very private. We enjoyed the ocean view and the sea breeze as well as the condo itself which was perfect for our girlfriend get-away! The golf cart made the short drive to Avalon easy and our self-touring the island was really fun. Whether you want quiet or adventure, this place will not disappoint!”

“Great amenities in Hamilton Cove and the golf cart being included is a huge perk. We had plenty of space for our family of 4, and there was plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans. Would definitely return”

“Everything was great. Catalina is becoming our home away from home. We enjoy staying in different areas. This was our first time in the condos. It’s so nice having all the amenities with a full house and a golf cart. We had a hiccup at booking, but Lamont made sure everything was taken care of. Also a small mishap with the golf cart, but they sent the mechanic immediately. Always nice staying somewhere with the owner accessible who takes care of any issues.”

“Perfect location in Hamilton Cove.. Right by the water & close to pool! The unit size is perfect for my husband & I to stay 5 nights!! The bathroom upstairs is big. We loved the 3 balconies & didn’t need AC it was actually too cold sometimes when doors were open. Everything is white & clean! The golf cart is older but works. Grateful to have it though! Community is safe & very quiet. Can’t wait to book again! ”
