"Room could be cleaner as well as the inside. Elevator was disgusting. Grounds were good. Company who came to mow was very mean. Went after a dog with a weed eater. Blew dust close to me. I moved but they were very rude."

"This was our 1st time ever renting a home for vacation. This home and our host were exceptionally wonderful. This home was very spacious with plenty of space for everything and anything we wanted to do. Everything one could think of or need was supplied or available. Our host were readily available and very communicative to any and all issues or concerns that we may have had. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept. The location was very accessible and within 5 to 20 minutes from almost every store, restaurant, and venuewithin the Greater Cleveland area. We would definitely choose it again. Thank you Faye and Andre for being such GREAT host!!!"
"We chose this property for our granddaughter to enjoy the pool. There was an issue with the pool and they went above and beyond to make it possible for our granddaughter to enjoy the pool. I was extremely impressed to the prompt response we got to any. Questions we had before and during our stay. Wonderful people to deal with. "
"We stayed here while I recovered from surgery at Cleveland Clinic, and it was perfect for that. Two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor, with just one step to get into the house. It was quiet, really peaceful. The back yard was especially wonderful. I pulled one of the chairs under the little overhang from the garage so I would have shade all day, and that's where I worked/ recuperated, watching the deer come through the yard. Two fawns showed up regularly. It was lovely. You're about 13 minutes from American Eagle Grocery, and 20 minutes from Cleveland Clinic and the museums. Nothing within walking distance, but the neighborhood felt safe to walk around in at any hour. "
"We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this home. It’s clear that the owner has an excellent sense of style and takes great care to ensure guests feel comfortable and welcome. The interior is incredibly cozy, with stylish furniture, thoughtful fixtures, and beautiful details throughout. Everything felt fresh, new, and spotless. Even the dishware impressed us! And the mattresses—simply amazing. We had some of the best nights of sleep we've ever had. Hot tub is absolutely amazing. Very comfortable and clean."
