“Although it was a long wait for a room, we understood being short staffed and with back to back check in and outs kevin did an amazing job.... I stay at woodsprings all the time now while traveling so far they have great employees.. And cant complain about the amazing views ”

“The staff was nice. My room was clean. Bed was made up, but the sheet had crusty strain on them. I didnt complain I travel with my own away.Im not sure if they still offer complimentary water or not But it would have been nice to have some water in the room. Breakfast and cocktail hour was great. Im hilton rewards member .I love there facilities. This one was beening renovated Im sure its going to be beautiful when its done. I would stay at this hotel again.”
