“I don't usually write reviews because I don't like to waste my time online too much but this will be my first review in Expedia. I fell in love with Mombasa, Kenya and this was my second time visit within two months time frame. We got there around 2am due to the late flight schedule. When we got to the front desk, it literally took 10 minutes for someone to come out and help us check in. The guy looked like he just woke up and he was very disoriented. He walked with us to guide where our room……

“The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. ”

“We stayed for 11 days at Neptune Paradise, we had amazing time, room and bathroom has really good size, spotless clean thanks to our cleaner Mohamood, whole resort is very clean and well looked after, good variety of food, something for everyone, staff very friendly and helpful. No shops in walking distance, if you want to stay in this hotel, make sure you bring everything you need with you. Only negative thing is unfortunately the beach, big beautiful beach but you cant use it, as soon as you……
