“The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked.
I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience.

“Cocoa Boutique Hotel has a lot going for it, especially its exceptional staff. A special thank you to Josephine, the receptionist/supervisor, who truly stood out. She is gentle, pleasant, and an excellent problem solver who immediately puts guests at ease. Josephine demonstrates true leadership skills (and the outlook of a professional). The made to order breakfast was also well-received. Yummy!

“Property is very very big and right on the beach. I would say the biggest complaint is the wifi in the room is very weak and not that much better when you go around the property. Second, please put a window instead of a screen in the bathroom. We were next to the stairs and it’s just people walking around all hours of the night talking loudly and sliding their feet in their sandals on the ground. Third, it’s not really a complaint but the pool bar would be better if it was completely wrap……
