“I have stayed in this hotel several times while visiting my sister in law. It is acceptable and close by for the rating. Acceptable clean hotel to sleep in that also has daily breakfast. Nothing fancy. Employees have always been friendly. ”

“The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. “My family and I tried to stay last night. It was awful on many levels! Safety wise the smoke detector was disconnected placed on the table. The hall ways smelt of smoked weed.
