“Check in was fast. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The provided breakfast was good; my only complaint is that the sausages tasted like cardboard and the (fried) eggs were probably factory-made and could be better. On my last night, Friday, there were a bunch of kids running up and down the hallway, being very noisy and even knocked on my door (I believe because I hung the "do not disturb" sign. Two calls to the front desk were courteously received,……

We take a long distance and tiring flight from Taiwan to YVR. And it's such a pleasure to stay in this hotel for two nights. The cozy room did comfort our jet lag. “The room was just ok for the price… no cozy blankets, poor heating system where the lower living room area was cold but the kitchen.. which is up a few stairs was very hot… poor placement of the heat pump as heat rises. Very basic for the cost. No privacy on deck where hot tub is… an easy fix. Bathtub and shower basically in the kitchen out in the open. It was ok… but again for the price charged per night I would have expected a much better set up and extras like cozy blankets for this time of……
