“The hotel has a perfect location. The staff was helpful in answering questions about transport and sightseeing. The room was large but the drainage outlet of the bathroom didn’t work well.”

When we first arrived we were welcomed with traditional tea and cookies in the lobby and more cookies in our room. The breakfast had a variety of food with healthy options and our meal in the restaurant was also good and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

“Beautiful hotel in the heart of Casablanca, the room was simply amazing with all the required amenities and more (the bathroom was the definition of luxury) and the staff extremely professional, helpful and efficient. We had dinner in the French restaurant on the ground floor and it was delicious! ”

“I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. ”
