“The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.”

“Not well connected with public transportation. It’s a student dorm, so it doesn’t have all the facilities an hotel would have (eg, a bar). Also, rooms are not really soundproof, I’ve heard noises in the early morning. However, the studio was big and quite new. Good price/quality ratio overall. ”

“We were bery happy with the Carlo Felice. The room was quite comfortable though predictably small. The bathroom was very clean and of high-quality construction. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback was that our room looked out into an inner courtyard that contained the recycling bins, and a couple of times in the morning we were awakened to the sound of glass being dumped.”

“Positivo : la ubicazione ottima, la stanza pulita e attrezzata e il personale cortese. Da migliorare : il check in è stato complicato in quanto non abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni per fare il check in: nessuna risposta al citofono e al telefono. Approfittando di una persona che usciva sono salito a piedi ( per l'ascensore è necessaria la chiave) e ho trovato i pittori che lavoravano nell'ingresso. Per fortuna hanno chiamato la proprietaria. Dare istruzioni chiare per il check in. Altro punto da……
