The property is safe and walkable and close to Princes street. Very clean, charming suites/studios but keep in mind this is a very old building made into apart/hotel so it has no elevator and nothing is straight. Cracks in the plaster can’t be helped. The hallways and entry are somewhat dreary but have motion lights to help. Walking up 7 flights of stairs to a 3rd floor room was tricky. Wouldn’t recommend if you can’t do stairs. Nice restaurants and pubs around. Highly recommend the Witherspoon Alexander Graham Bell just around the corner on George street for great food, great drinks and great prices!

The room was nice and clean, no fridge in the room but for the price i can't complain. the bus stop just outside the building so fast easy and cheap to get around and enjoy Edinburgh.

Our family of 3 stayed in the apartment room. It was a great space with 2 bedrooms. We also loved that there was a washer & dryer for us to use. The decor was very nice. Parking was very limited and we had to pay for a space using the JustPark app. We also paid extra for breakfast and it was good but simple. Coffee, juice, yogurt, croissant, & porridge. It’s located in new town and was easy to walk to other areas.

Great location. Pricy but convenient. Very clean and spacious.
