Country House Il Biroccio was established in 2003 after the careful renovation of an old farmhouse located 15 km from the historic centre of Urbino (a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Wild land, hills and cultivated fields as far as the eye can see allow guests a totally relaxing stay and total immersion in nature. There are no roads or cars, no smog and no noise, and the nearest town is 10 km away.

The Country House houses 7 flats of various sizes. There is a panoramic swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and a barbecue at guests' disposal.
The swimming pool is only available to guests.

The VOLPE flat is a romantic flat, ideal for 2 adults, the windows overlook the garden and the panorama all around.
Independent entrance, the door leads to a living area with sofa, table and TV, large fridge, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom with air conditioning and bathroom with shower cubicle. Private terrace overlooking the pool and the hills.

In this structure tranquillity reigns supreme, we guarantee absolute relaxation, starry nights and unforgettable sunsets!

Un paradiso a portata di mano

La location è incantevole, su una collina che domina la valle. La struttura è stata ristrutturata con materiali originali per cui mantiene un fascino d'altri tempi pur essendo funzionale ed estremamente fruibile. La piscina seppur di modeste dimensioni è in una posizione splendida: godersi un tramonto è un'esperienza unica. La bellezza del posto è resa ancora più apprezzabile dalla bellezza della famiglia che gestisce la struttura: persone di grande cuore e con una passione per l'ospitalità. Un'esperienza meravigliosa.
