From the moment I arrived, I had a bad impression of this place. As usual I presented my passport during check in, however the employee tried to get me to go to my room without returning my passport. This has happened to me often enough that I always treat it with a degree of suspicion. For someone that is doing this so many times a day, they should clearly know better and I should not have to tell them how to do their job. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed that it was very noisy, with almost constant car honking. I then mentioned this to the front desk and their response was to lie to me and tell me that noise is not a problem and that it would stop. This could not have been further from the truth, there was constant loud noise all through the night and I got woken up around 4am from car honking by a bunch of tourist vans that seem to use this as their dispatch spot on a daily basis. Why anyone needs to honk at all during this hour is completely beyond me. Besides this, the jacuzzi in the room was not working and the shower was without a curtain, making water splash all over the bathroom. As there was no ventilation fan, the bathroom also reeked of mold. I would not recommend this hotel for any reason, I left a night early and went to another hotel.

No pool no heater , location is ok ,don’t let money in your room stealing

Very clean room and comfortable bed, with warm blankets and extra comfy pillows. The staffs are friendly and helpful
