We booked a quadruple room with a 2nd floor (like a loft) for 4 people in Oct 2026. Two double beds on ground floor and two twins on loft. My adult children tried to sleep on the upper deck but was too hot. The room has no AC but without screens on the sliding door, opening them to sleep drew in lots of bugs. So the 4 of us ended up sleeping on 2 double beds, which was tight. Otherwise, the amenities in the room were fine. The buffet breakfast selection was reasonable. You can made to order eggs and pancakes. The garden of the hotel was very well maintained and was beautiful.

"The hotel was rated as a 3 star hotel but it was a 1 at best. Visible mold in the bathroom sink and tub. Shower door does not close tight so lots of water leaked out. There were loose floorboards with nails popping up, creating an unsafe environment. The window latch was broken which prevented us ..."
