The staff was always friendly and easily available to help us. The room was spacious and clean for a family of 4\. The TV was quite small, but it was enough and not the reason for choosing this hotel anyway. The parking was large and the hotel, despite not having a restaurant, was only a 5-minute walk from a 24hour supermarket and less than 1km from numerous restaurants. Harmonyland is about 40 minutes away by car and Beppu less than an hour.
