The AC is not working properly in any of the dorms.
When I posted my review, a staff member approached me and said, “No one else is complaining, so why are you complaining?” Is this an appropriate way to speak to a guest who has raised a genuine concern?
This kind of response and behaviour is highly unprofessional and certainly not what I expected from a hostel like yours.
To make matters worse, I was told by a staff...

“The overall environment was rustic. The room was good. As most hotels or guesthouses here, people do not pay attention to detail; forget aestetics. It has courtyards on 3 levels. The service team was always available. I reached out to them in advance and received taxi service from the airport. ”
