Originally constructed by combining units 32-D and 33-D, our space features elevated ceilings, top-floor privacy, and an artful design with all essential amenities. The Sun Vail condo offers an exceptional layout, complemented by new stainless appliances, including a wine fridge, and smart TVs in every room. The open floor plan fosters a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for socializing by the fireplace after a day of skiing. Revel in the comfort of new leather furniture and a large flat-screen TV in the great room. Step outside onto our two expansive patio decks, each equipped with a gas grill and comfortable furniture, offering panoramic views of the village and the majestic ski mountain. Ample storage, including spacious ski cubbies, ensures you can organize all your gear seamlessly. The 3rd and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has it's own bathroom, but it is across the hall.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
