"Everything about this hotel is excellent! The staff were very helpful from check-in to check out. Clean room, modern amenities, spacious, accommodating, helpful staff! Free pick up and drop off from Zermatt’s train terminal, free luggage storage service after we checked out and had to go skiing, they even let us use their spa shower after skiing. Will come back gain. Thank you Fleur de Zermatt! "
