“The place was very clean and the staff spent hours cleaning throughout the day. I’ve stayed in capsule places before and, whilst this capsule was comfortable, these capsules felt quite flimsy and creaky. When the people next to me moved, the whole structure wobbled. Locks are missing from two showers and the hairdryers cut out after only a couple of minutes. For the money I paid, it wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t say it was good value.”

"We stayed in this hotel for 6 days. The room was tidy at the first glance. They got welcome drinks. Good view from the windows, as it is very close to the art and science museum. Close to the supermarket. You could fill up water from the corridor to stay hydrate. This hotel is next to the mall, you could dine in from the restaurants there. Here are some of the cons of staying in this hotel: The toilet had some kind of smell from the pipe. For the housekeeping, the cleaners needed to have further training. The room keeper left the soaked pillow case on the room chair on the third day. We didn't know it was soaked with what kind of liquid. And it was quite annoying. On the fifth day, there was a used small towel had been thrown on the chair again. One morning, the housekeeping and maintenance guys kept making some noise from the other rooms at the same floor unstop. I didn't expect my resting time would be disturbed by this incident."
