Positives: polite staff, clean rooms and very good spa facilities that are cheaper than advertised (we paid 38 euros for both of us, and went twice. Highly recommend). Negatives: this is not a four star experience - is suspect it’s four star due to the space facilities but everything else more like three stars. The corridors and rooms smell of smoke, very very uncomfortable beds. Not nice pool or snack bar area. If you are a meat eater you will love breakfast - for vegans / lactose intolerant very limited options (but understandable as it is Spain, typically there are just many more options). Ultimately I think this hotel is overpriced for what it is, but if you aren’t planning on using your room much then it might be for you, can’t fault the staff or spa.

The food was top class the facilities and pools amazing, the room was ok, a little worn and door handle to the bathroom fell off - thank goodness we were end room and I managed to retrieve my 7 year old.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The service was exceptional—the staff were always friendly and ready to help at any time. Absolutely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
