“Our room was dirty, smelled like toilet, and the tv was broken. The receptionist, dora, was very very sweet! He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room. Do the first night we got another room but lower than the one we paid. So we decided to check out. The 2nd night dora made sure we got a refund. So thats very sweet of him. But the bosses are not. “The room was very clean,however the sink,toilet and bath are all in one with any separation, there wasnt any available shower caddys for a comfortable shower,also the quality of the bathing soap needs improvement. The staff is fabulous, its a family owned and managed hotel. Tam Coc is within walking distance, Trang An isnt far away and there are lots of restaurants,bars and massage parlours around. I will stay again and I can recommend this hotel to others.”

Obviously the highlight is the scenic location of the hotel, a little far from the main centre, not an issue though as grabs are easy to get here. So peaceful and idyllic, would stay again.”
