“Our room was dirty, smelled like toilet, and the tv was broken. The receptionist, dora, was very very sweet! He really tried to help out, but clearly the bosses were the difficult people and just seighted and ignored us. They hated the idea they had to help us our t after 8pm due to our bad room. Do the first night we got another room but lower than the one we paid. So we decided to check out. The 2nd night dora made sure we got a refund. So thats very sweet of him. But the bosses are not.
